Hi there, Well Seasoned Table Fans! My name is Eve and I am addicted to pizza. Currently I live within two blocks of four deliciously different pizza establishments. If I go a few more blocks (either way) add another three or four more. It's truly a problem. My wallet and my acid reflux can't handle the truth of all the delicious dough around me. Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers. My dad's name isn't Peter but he sure helped me pick a peck (and then some) of peppers the last time I went home. Horn, cayenne, poblano, bell and of course jalapeño peppers filled our buckets to the brim as we went row by row, picking off the largest of each plant. As you may know from reading some of my earlier posts, my mom and dad have about an acre garden that keeps me fed throughout the summer. This past weekend I went on a little vacation to Winston-Salem, NC with my mom and dad. We always visit Old Salem this time of year, but every time we go we try to add a few new things to the itinerary. This trip we added the farmers' market to our to-do list. The Greene family has been to many a market, and this particular market did not disappoint. Every booth had something fun and local to offer.
