This dressing is bright, lively, and assertive enough to stand up to bold greens like romaine and kale. If you find it a little too tangy, you can add a pinch of sugar to mellow it out a bit. Refrigerate any unused dressing in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Combine cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and Black Fire Sea Salt in a small bowl and stir to combine. Whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in oil until mixture is creamy and emulsified.
