Black Fire Caesar Dressing

Black Fire Caesar Dressing

Our Black Fire Sea Salt adds a delicious tang and subtle smokiness to this shortcut Caesar salad dressing. Made with Pure Fire's Fire Cider Mash, black garlic, and smoked red jalapenos, Black Fire will boost the flavor of everything from pastas and soups to salads, spreads, and even popcorn.

Here, it joins mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, fresh garlic, and Parmesan cheese to create a creamy and bright dressing. Keep it classic and toss it with romaine lettuce and croutons or get extra hearty with some kale. It also makes an excellent accompaniment to roasted broccoli or cauliflower. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

This dressing is bright, lively, and assertive enough to stand up to bold greens like romaine and kale. If you find it a little too tangy, you can add a pinch of sugar to mellow it out a bit. Refrigerate any unused dressing in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, mashed to a paste
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • ¾ tsp. Black Fire Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and Black Fire Sea Salt in a small bowl and stir to combine. Whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in oil until mixture is creamy and emulsified.
