If you’ve got leftover pita bread or naan laying around, don’t let it go to waste. Instead, brush it with a blend of olive oil and your favorite Well Seasoned Table seasoning or dust. Our personal favorite? A generous amount of Spice of Life seasoning, which combines garlic, onion, sun dried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and chili peppers with herbs like oregano, basil, nettles, and sage. It’s our does-it-all seasoning, a favorite of the WST team, and the perfect match for toasty, crunchy pita chips.
You can also use any of our other seasonings and dust to flavor these chips, from Emerald Mountain Dust and Magic Garlic Dust to Wild Green Goddess and Rosemary Basil Sea Salt. If using an infused salt or dust instead of a seasoning, you’ll want to go a bit lighter with the sprinkle to ensure your chips don’t end up too salty. Sneak a nibble before baking to test the flavor and add more until you’re happy!
Serve these golden triangles with your favorite dip, alongside sliced veggies or charcuterie, or just enjoy a handful whenever you need a snack. We hope you like them as much as we do!

You can use pita or naan to make these chips. If using pita, we recommend splitting the pocket in half before seasoning—the chips will be less dense and more crispy that way. You can make these in the oven or air-fryer; they’ll turn out delicious either way.
If using a dust or infused sea salt, use half of the amount of seasoning called for to keep the chips from becoming too salty.
This recipe is very easy to scale up or down. Plan to use about 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of seasoning (or ½ teaspoon of dust) per pita pocket or piece of naan.
