2 cups Mixed olives
1 Tb. Spice of Life Seasoning
1 Tb. EVOO
2 1” long strips fresh Orange peel
1 sprig fresh Rosemary
Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Transfer mixture to a large piece of aluminum foil and fold foil up and around olives to form a pouch. Alternatively, transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and cover with a lid.
Bake until olives are softened and heated through, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
