1 lb. store-bought Pizza dough, room temperature
8 Tb. Unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp. Magic Garlic Dust
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Combine melted butter and Magic Garlic Dust in a small bowl and set aside.
Stretch or roll golf-ball-size pieces of dough into ropes, then tie each into a knot, tucking ends underneath. Place knots 2β apart on a greased baking sheet and brush with about 2/3 of butter mixture (reserve remaining mixture). Let sit until puffy, about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400Β°.
Bake knots until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Brush with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Serve warm.
