Get ready to transform your pizza game with a twist that's as garlicky (magically garlicky) as it is irresistible! If you've ever found yourself staring at that store-bought pizza dough in your fridge and wondering, "What else can I do with this?" – well, you're in for a treat. Today, we're taking that humble pizza dough and turning it into a star in its own right: garlic knots that are so good, they might just outshine the pizza itself.

Let's face it, store-bought pizza dough is a convenience we all love, but sometimes it needs a little extra pizzazz (pun intended). Enter *Magic* garlic knots, those savory, twisted wonders that are the perfect accompaniment to your cheesy pizza feast. This recipe isn't just about tying knots; it's about tying together flavors in a way that'll have your taste buds doing a happy dance.

What makes these garlic knots a game-changer? Well, it's not just the aromatic allure of our best-seller Magic Garlic Dust – though that's a big part of it. It's the crispy-on-the-outside, pillowy-on-the-inside perfection that comes from a simple homemade garlic butter bath. You don't need to be a culinary wizard to pull this off; all you need is a love for good food and a desire to elevate your pizza night.

So, grab that pizza dough from your fridge, muster your garlic-loving enthusiasm, and let's embark on a garlic knot adventure together. In just a few easy steps, you'll be sinking your teeth into a plate of golden-brown, garlicky goodness that's sure to become a staple in your pizza night lineup. Let's dive into the details and get those ovens preheated – it's garlic knot time!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. store-bought Pizza dough, room temperature

  • 8 Tb. Unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tsp. Magic Garlic Dust

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Combine melted butter and Magic Garlic Dust in a small bowl and set aside.

  2. Stretch or roll golf-ball-size pieces of dough into ropes, then tie each into a knot, tucking ends underneath. Place knots 2” apart on a greased baking sheet and brush with about 2/3 of butter mixture (reserve remaining mixture). Let sit until puffy, about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°.

  3. Bake knots until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Brush with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Serve warm.
