We've included a few of our seasonings and dusts (Smoked Fire Seasoning, Spice of Life Seasoning, Green Dragon Dust) to flavor this dish. Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
-
1 Tbsp. seasoning such as Smoked Fire Seasoning, Spice of Life Seasoning, or Green Dragon Dust
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
- 1. Heat grill to medium-high, then clean and oil grates.
- 2. Using a sharp knife, trim off both ends of each ear of corn to create a flat surface. Stand cob on end, and carefully cut corn in half straight down the center, applying downward pressure from the top. Note: Do not hold the cob with your hand while cutting! Place each half cut side down and cut in half again to form quarters.
- 3. Transfer corn to a large mixing bowl and toss with oil and seasoning. Grill until corn is tender and well marked. Return to bowl, drizzle with butter, and toss again before serving.
