2 Β½ cups raw Mixed Nuts
1 Egg white
ΒΌ cup White sugar
2 Tb. Spiced Gingerbread Sugar Dust
Β½ tsp. Vanilla extract
ΒΌ tsp. Salt
Preheat oven to 300β.
Place nuts in a medium bowl. Whisk egg white in a small bowl until frothy, then pour over nuts and stir well. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir until nuts are evenly coated.
