One of my best friends turned 28 yesterday. His birthday reminded me of the Wingfest he threw last year to celebrate his birth. Those wings turned out AMAZING, if I do say so myself. Traditionally when I make wings, I usually go for sauces rather than rubs, so I wasn't 100% sure I would like these. I didn't like them. I LOVED them! Have fun and make sure to experiment with the amount of seasoning you are putting on the wings. Between me and my taste testers (thanks, roommate and co-workers!) this batch was long gone. I used Well Seasoned Table Thai Red Curry Seasoning but there are dozens of options when using WST. Try new combinations and let me know what works!
20 to 24 Chicken wings
2 Tb. Well Seasoned Table Thai Red Curry Seasoning
2 tsp. Well Seasoned Table Magic Garlic Dust
2 Tb. Olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to cover.
Sprinkle seasoning mix over wings and toss to cover evenly. Add more/less seasoning to get your desired coverage.
Place in baking dish or on broiler pan (the best option for crispier wings) and place in oven for 55-65 mins.
Turn 2-3 times throughout time in oven (I usually do halfway through and then with 10 mins left)
Remove from oven and enjoy!
