A truly unique salt. The flavor of a ramp (Allium Tricoccum) is similar to that of an onion, leek, or garlic...with a little wildcrafted magic thrown in. We sustainably harvest the ramps in the spring from the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.
Ingredients: Celtic Sea Salt®, wild ramps (Allium tricoccum), pink Himalayan salt.
