Green Dragon Dust *Summer Seasonal*
This dynamic spicy dust was created for those that seek fire and flavor in every dish. Locally grown (Asheville, NC) jalapenos were fire roasted and blended with smoked garlic and vibrant green coriander seed and shiso to create a flavor explosion! Finished with a kiss of green Sichuan peppercorns from Lee's One Fortune Farm.dust
Featuring jalapenos and garlic from Gaining Ground Farm, green coriander from Skye2 Farm, shiso from Kestrel Herb Farm. All combined with Celtic Sea Salt to bring you this unique, spicy, flavor-packed dust.
Appalachian Farmer Support Request
Green Dragon Dust was elevated to the next level this year when we added Lee's One Fortune to our farmer network, and introduced green Sichuan peppercorns to the blend. The Lee's are a family of Hmong farmers that reside in Morgonton, NC, bringing an incredible diverse new array of produce to the local market. Unfortunately they were catastrophically impacted by the storm (see photo below).
