This dynamic spicy dust was created for those that seek fire and flavor in every dish. Locally grown peppers were fire-roasted and blended with smoked garlic, vibrant green coriander seed...as well as green szechuan peppercorns and shiso to create a flavor explosion! Finished with a kiss of green Sichuan peppercorns.

Featuring Fire Roasted hot peppers from Gaining Ground and Lee's One Fortune Farm (LOFF), Shiso and green szechwan from LOFF, Green peppercorns from Gathering Place Trading Company, and Garlic from Christopher Ranch, smoked at Well Seasoned Farm! All combined with Celtic Sea Salt to bring you this unique, spicy, flavor-packed dust.
