Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 to 8 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 jalapenos, finely chopped
- 2 scallions, chopped, plus more for serving
- 1-2 tsp. Green Dragon Dust
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°.
- 2. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup cheese, bacon, sour cream, mayonnaise, jalapenos, scallions, and Green Dragon Dust in a large bowl; mix until well combined. Transfer to a 8" or 9" baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
- 3. Bake dip until bubbling around the edges and cheese is beginning to brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
