Golden Thai Salmon Nuggets
Okay, I have to confess. I didn't like salmon for a long time! In fact, I avoided it. I think the salmon I was being served was boring, and I didn't know how to cook it myself! Enter: the air fryer! Air-fried salmon nuggets may be my new favorite food. Toss them in a little oil and seasoning of your choice. Then go wild! Toss them on a salad, in tacos, with rice and veg for a healthy and delicious dinner. They get so juicy and succulent!
Tossing them in Well Seasoned Table's Pure Fire Golden Milk was a stroke of pure genius! Something about the earthy turmeric and coconut marries beautifully with the WST Thai Red Curry Seasoning. And somehow the perfect Thai Salmon Taco is born! Add the nuggets to a tortilla shell with a little lettuce, Pico, or avo (or both) and a little crema of your choice and you've got a tasty little dinner!
1 lb. Fresh salmon
1 Tb. Well Seasoned Table Golden Milk powder
1 Tb. EVOO
1 Tb. Well Seasoned Table Thai Red Curry
Cut salmon into bite sized chunks.
In medium mixing bowl, toss salmon chunks in the EVOO. Then toss in the Thai Red Curry Seasoning and the Pure Fire Golden Milk.
Place in air fryer on 400 degrees for 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes.
Or roast at 400 degrees on sheet pan in oven for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve in tacos, on a salad, or with rice and vegetables for a perfect and easy family meal.
