We take locally grown hot peppers, onions, and garlic and cold-smoke them with sun-ripened tomatoes, black garlic, and fire cider mash from Pure Fire Foods. This seasoning is bursting with smoky North Carolina magic!
Delicious on steak or pork chops, roasted potatoes, or creamy pasta dishes.
