Blue Ridge Sprinkle

The flavors of summer in the Appalachian Mountains have been infused into this extraordinary botanical sugar! Bursting with juicy ripe blackberries, blueberries, wineberries, black raspberries, berries from the invasive autumn olive, wild deer berries, finished with blue berry mash and lemon zest from Devil's Foot Beverage. 

Berries are what this sugar is all about! Each sugar was infused individually and then mixed together. This creates one of our first ever multi-color sugars! It truly looks like sprinkles...so we decided to call it Blue Ridge Sprinkle! With a nod to the discontinued Blue Ridge Sugar, we are going next level with this one! 

Blueberries are from ShipShape Farmer in Candler, NC.

Wineberries, black raspberries, and autumn olive berries are from right here on the Well Seasoned Table Farm.

Blackberries are from Root Bottom Farm in Marshall, NC.

Deer berries have been wild-harvested in the Great Smoky Mountains.
