It may sound fancy, but whipped feta is really just the crumbled cheese puréed with something creamy (in this case Greek yogurt) and a touch of olive oil. Here, we've tossed in a few spoonfuls of our Wild Green Goddess Seasoning, which adds plenty of flavor and colorful flecks to the tangy dip. A blend of wild greens, roasted garlic, wildcrafted sumac, and herbs like tarragon, rosemary, basil, sage, and oregano, it instantly adds a lift to whatever it's sprinkled on!
While we love this dip served alongside crackers and crostini, it's also excellent spread onto a sandwich or wrap, dolloped on a grain bowl, or using as a base for a platter of grilled or roasted veggies. This stuff is so good.

We strongly suggest purchasing a block of feta for this recipe instead of pre-crumbled cheese. You can use sour cream in place of the Greek yogurt if desired.
1 (8 oz.) block feta cheese
2 Tbsp. Wild Green Goddess Seasoning
1. Crumble feta into a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and purée until creamy and well blended.
2. Transfer to a bowl. If desired, drizzle with a bit more oil and sprinkle with more Wild Green Goddess Seasoning. Serve with crackers, crostini, pickled veggies, and/or antipasti.
