This collaboration recipe with one of our favorite Asheville, NC businesses, Shanti Elixirs, is a summer dream drink. Whether you are hosting a dinner party or having a cozy night in and just want a special treat, this is a go-to.
Shanti Jun is an unforgettable sparkling, fermented beverage made with raw honey and green tea. It's health benefits are only enhanced by how delicious it is. The simplicity of their Ginger Jun won us over when crafting this mocktail recipe. Paired with tart pineapple juice and a splash of simple syrup, a symphony of winnings flavors is created.
Whether you're fond of the cocktail or mocktail world, you will rave about this beverage!
1 oz. Blue Ridge or Mountain Flora Sugar
1 oz. Nearly boiling Water
2 oz. Shanti Ginger Jun
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Add 1 ounce of nearly boiling water to 1 ounce of Blue Ridge (or Mountain Flora) Sugar. Stir to dissolve. Set aside to cool.
In a highball glass with ice, pour over ginger Jun and pineapple juice. Swirl to loosely mix.
Pour Blue Ridge simple syrup over the top and watch the colors swirl!
Serve. Cheers!
