Ingredients
- Two eggs, slightly beaten
- One tsp flour
- 2 cups pumpkin

3/4 cup Spiced Gingerbread Sugar Dust

1/2 tsp Salt of the South (pinch) - optional

One tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 - 9 inch deep dish piecrust
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°
- Mixed filling ingredients
- Pour into pie crust
Bake at 350° for about 45-55 minutes or until knife, inserted near center of pi comes out clean
- If necessary, cover edge of piecrust with strip of aluminum foil to keep from burning
- Cool completely
