Our Spiced Gingerbread Sugar is the secret ingredient in this next-level granola.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 5 cups rolled old fashioned oats

1/2 cup Spiced Gingerbread Sugar
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 4-5 cups nuts / seeds (walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, pecans, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds)
- 1/2 box of cereal (I use a mix of 4 cups whole grain flakes, 2 cups unsweetened toasted o's, and 3 cups rice chex)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened dried cranberries (added during last 20 minutes
Directions
- Mix dry and wet ingredients together except for cranberries
- Bake at 300° for 1 hour on a baking sheet, turning every 20 minutes
- After 40 minutes of baking, add cranberries.
- Let cool. Store in an airtight container. Serve with ice cream or greek yogurt, use as a nutrient dense trail mix snack for magical hikes, or have as a breakfast cereal with your choice of milk. Enjoy!
