Mix dry and wet ingredients together except for cranberries
Bake at 300° for 1 hour on a baking sheet, turning every 20 minutes
After 40 minutes of baking, add cranberries.
Let cool. Store in an airtight container. Serve with ice cream or greek yogurt, use as a nutrient dense trail mix snack for magical hikes, or have as a breakfast cereal with your choice of milk. Enjoy!
